Founded by Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner Veronica Aguilar, Cornerstone Family Health & Associates in Midland, TX is ready to serve all of your family’s Covid Testing and Exam needs.  Our team of providers and staff believe in our Mission Statement to "help patients feel better and feel better about themselves" and this includes covid patients.  We our patient's to feel more comfortable as they battle their covid symptoms with medicinal treatments to assist in your recovery.  Common symptoms include:

  • fever

  • body aches

  • sinus pressure

  • nausea

  • diarrhea

  • sore throat

  • cough

  • difficulty breathing

 

Our staff is fully trained and equipped to treat patients of all ages from 3 months to adults to seniors. We’re open 5 days a week,  Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm. Walk-ins are always welcome or give us a call at 432-231-0100 to save your spot.

PLEASE NOTE—WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT:

  • You will be tested, but won’t visit with a provider unless you request one at the time of visit as a walk-in. 

  • Expect to pay out-of-pocket expenses ($279 PCR or $100 RAPID). 

  • Walk-in wait times vary.  Thank you for your patience with our team. We’re doing our best to meet the evolving needs of our community. 

 
WHAT TO EXPECT 

During your appointment, our healthcare professionals will evaluate and test you for COVID-19 to determine your best treatment plan with the highest level of care.  If our providers deem it medically necessary, we may also test you for the common causes of respiratory infections such as flu or RSV, or strep.

 

If you would like to establish care with our facility during your visit our testing and exam will be billed to your insurance and you will be responsible for any cost sharing expenses such as co-pay or deductible payments, which are likely to be significantly lower than the self-pay cash price of the test itself.

 

Should you test positive you will be offered a telehealth visit while in the parking lot to establish care with one of our providers who will evaluate you and determine the best plan of action for you, which may include providing treatment options to treat the symptoms of covid and help you feel more comfortable while you combat the covid virus.
