May include Member, spouse and all children. Family Membership Fee will be calculated on age-based fees above but limited to a maximum monthly Membership Fee of $249 per family unit to include Member, spouse and all dependent children 17 years of age or younger. Children 18 years of age and older will be enrolled as individual memberships at age-based pricing listed above.
Child Members
All child member 0-17, must have at least one adult parent/guardian enrolled in order to enroll the child as a DPC member.
What about services that aren't included?
95% of your everyday healthcare needs are included in your DPC membership, including in-house labs, diagnostic testing, ekg's, procedures, audiogram's, PFT testing and so on. We offer our DPC members wholesale pricing on your lab work, this equates to approximately a savings of 80% on your lab work. The savings are extraordinary.
If you have insurance, your labs can be billed directly to your insurance or you can decide to pay directly with us with your Member pricing, which is approximately 80% off the retail price and you can typically still pay less than what you would even with you insurance.
You also will received additional discounts all year on our supplements, nutraceutical and peptide therapy.
