Cornerstone Family Health & Associates offers a Direct Primary Care (DPC) Membership to all of our new and existing patients .  DPC is a non-traditional approach to family medical care.  It's based on the belief of providing patients the option of an affordable alternative to traditional insurance premiums.  It's similar to a health club membership, but for your every day medical care needs provided by our team of Family Nurse Practitioners.
